Our Team

  • Sara Tiefenthaler

Sara is passionate about health, wellness, and fitness. Since 2021, she has been teaching group fitness classes and helping others achieve their wellness goals. Currently, she is a functional nutritionist, a certified Yoga Teacher (RYT 500), and is pursuing her Personal Trainer Certification.

Through her experiences, Sara has learned that focusing on proper nutrition, micronutrients, mental health, meditation, and the physical practice of yoga can holistically enhance one’s quality of life. She discovered yoga during her transformative journey of losing 300 pounds, seeking a way to quiet her mind amid everyday stress. In her free time, Sara enjoys spending time with her family, her three cats, and her spouse.

  • Donna Reynolds

Donna is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their health, wellness, and fitness goals. Since joining our team as a Health Coach in 2023, she has been dedicated to her own health journey, which began in 2022. Throughout this transformative experience, she successfully overcame significant challenges, including a weight loss of 140 pounds, high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, migraines, and anxiety.

Donna believes that life is a continuous journey of learning and self-improvement, and she is committed to embodying this philosophy in her practice. She is a certified fitness trainer and is currently pursuing her Yoga Teacher certification (RYT 200) as well as a barre certification.

In addition to her work in health and fitness, Donna serves as an Associate Pastor at Mayflower Bible Church. Outside of her professional commitments at the clinic and The Gym at East End, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family, and five dogs. They are currently embracing the joys of empty nesting.

  • Lori Maucieri

Lori Maucieri has been a Wellness Coach for the past 7 years.  After a cancer diagnosis in 2012, she quickly became aware of  the importance of healthy habits and the dangers of too much sugar in her diet. That experience led her to a new outlook on life. Lori loves gardening, cycling, and spending time outdoors. She is also  a volunteer for Bike DFW, a program that teaches adults how to ride a bike.  Lori's most memorable client came into the clinic, because she wanted to lose weight, so that she could ride bicycles with her grandchildren. After Lori worked with the client to lose her desired weight, she then taught her to ride a bicycle the following weekend. It was a very rewarding day for both of them!  Lori has been married for 35 years, and has 3 grown children.
